This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to consulting services booked through The Trade Whisperer™ website (www.thetradewhisperer.com).
By booking a consulting session, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Consulting Session Bookings
Consulting sessions, including the Tariff & Trade Risk Strategy Session, are reserved for the scheduled date and time once payment has been completed.
Because time is reserved specifically for each client, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a scheduled consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time to receive a full refund.
Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling
If you need to change your appointment time, you may request to reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be accommodated at the discretion of The Trade Whisperer™.
No-Shows
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may forfeit the session and payment.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please allow several business days for the refund to be processed depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
Exceptions
The Trade Whisperer™ reserves the right to issue refunds or reschedule sessions in cases of:

technical issues preventing the session from taking place

scheduling conflicts caused by The Trade Whisperer™

other circumstances determined appropriate at our discretion
